Using it

How often should I use it?
Most people run one session in the evening. Daily is fine. If you are new to compression, start with a shorter session at the lowest intensity and build from there.

How long is one session?
You set the duration yourself using the built-in timer. The unit shuts off automatically when the time is up.

Will it fit my legs?
The boots measure 81.3 cm tall and 33 cm wide, with a 24 cm foot section, and zip closed around the calf. Measurements are approximate to within 0.5 cm. If they do not fit comfortably, return them within thirty days.

What modes does it have?
Three massage modes — air pressure, airbag and kneading — with three adjustable intensity levels, all set from the touch panel. The LED display shows your current mode and timer.

Does it plug in, or is there a battery?
It runs from the mains using the power adapter included in the box. The control unit is wired to the boots by air hoses, so you will want to sit near a socket.

Can I travel with it?
The boots fold flat and pack down easily. Bear in mind you will need a mains socket and the right plug adapter at the other end.

What is in the box?
One pair of massage boots, one power adapter and a user manual.

Is this a medical device?
No. It is a wellness and relaxation device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice.

Who should not use it?
If you have a circulatory condition such as deep vein thrombosis, have a pacemaker or implanted device, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury or surgery, speak to your clinician before use. If you feel pain, numbness or discomfort during a session, stop and consult a professional.
