Shipping
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner within one working day of being placed. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Standard delivery is free on every order. Typical delivery windows once dispatched:
- Romania: 2–4 working days
- European Union: 4–7 working days
- Rest of world: 7–14 working days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs handling, peak periods and carrier delays can add time. If your tracking has not updated for five working days, contact us and we will chase it for you.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are payable by you, not by us. We have no way to calculate or collect them in advance.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund. We ask that the product comes back complete and in a condition where it could reasonably be resold or refurbished — but you are welcome to have used it. That is the point of a trial.
To start a return, email us with your order number. We will send return instructions and an address. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within five working days of the return arriving with us. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will replace it or refund you — your choice — and cover the return cost.
Warranty
Every unit carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, running from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear to the fabric wraps from normal use, or damage from use outside the instructions.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us as quickly as possible. We can usually stop an order before it is dispatched. Once it has shipped, treat it as a return.
