A few things we get asked constantly are answered on our FAQ page and in shipping & returns. If your question is about where a parcel is, have your tracking link handy.
Response times
We answer Monday to Friday. Messages sent over a weekend or public holiday are picked up the next working day. We do not use automated agents to close tickets — if you get a reply, a person wrote it.

We cannot give medical advice, and we will not pretend otherwise. Our product is a wellness and relaxation device, not a medical device. If you have a circulatory condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury or surgery, please speak to your doctor or physiotherapist before using it.
